More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Additionally featured in this new image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend labelling different sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
